Roof Maintenance
Your roof is protecting you and your personal property home from the elements. A properly maintained roof could be the difference between your home remaining water-tight, or water wreaking havoc after a rain/ice/snow event. Routine maintenance plays a key role in the longevity of your roof, and a properly maintained roof can go years beyond its serviceable life.
Sealants and/or caulk are applied to roof components in vulnerable places (such as transitions) to prevent leaks. Over time, these products can break down and split open from heavy sun exposure and/or our area’s repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
During a Roof Tune-Up, our service tech will re-apply sealant/caulk where needed, nail down loose shingles, seal exposed nail heads and provide a detailed report (including pictures) suggesting any further repairs needed to maintain your roof.

Inspections include a thorough examination of the roof, including all visible elements, contained within a detailed report (photos included) citing what was observed, the condition of shingles and components, suggested maintenance, as well as an estimate of your roof’s remaining life.
Routine preservation & repairs can usually be performed at the time of inspection, after a simple discussion regarding the cost of repairs for your home’s needs.
